RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please contact our sales support at email@example.com or call us between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM EST at 1-800-352-0780 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The product must be returned to Cables Manager Inc center within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will
exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of
payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original
shipping costs invoiced by Cables Manager Inc.
NOTE: At times we may send you an incorrect item or defective product, in this case we will gladly facilitate the return and replacement of the product and cover any applicable shipping costs.
Returns may be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee on most items. However, Restocking fees may vary by vendor. Any products marked "non-cancellable/non-returnable" are not eligible for return. This includes all custom-ordered items, made to order products. Serial number and certification labels (e.g. UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC Code, etc.) must NOT be removed or changed, as this will void your Cable Manager Inc Return Policy.
If you wish to return an item which has been discontinued, you will be given the option of accepting a comparable replacement item, or receiving a refund at the current market value of the product. Restocking fee may be deducted(if applicable). Any current market value refund issued may not exceed the original invoice price. In the event that the item you ordered is either Out of Stock or Backordered you may be offered an option of accepting a similar product. However in this case a final decision will be yours :)
Because they are specifically shaped or modified to fit your individual requests and can not be resold, Cable Manager Inc is unable to accept returns on custom-ordered products of any sort. The only circumstances under which we will allow the return of a custom order is if the product has a manufacturing defect or it was our mistake.
Defective Product/Incorrect Product
We know that we are not always perfect and at times we can make a mistake, in this case or if a product came defected, please contact us. We will arrange for a return for the defective/incorrect item and replace it at no cost to you. The item must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our warehouse.
Ordered the wrong color or size?
If you would like a replacement for an order you placed, please call us to request an RMA. If you request an exchange, we will ship it after we receive and process your returned item. We can not provide a refund or credit until the return product is inspected. If you need an immediate replacement, you will need to place another order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have the product available and a credit will be applied approximately 5 days after we receive the item(s) you are returning in their original condition within 30 days. Damaged items will not be refunded if they are in non-resellable condition. We recommend you insure your package when return it.
