SHIPPING POLICY

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the US and the whole world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Domestic delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days while International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Methods

For standard orders, we ship via UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS). Usually at checkout you'll be given the option to select which carrier, cost and deliery time that works best for you. For large items that require lift gate service or other special handling, delivery will be made by a specialized freight carrier.

Some of our "Economy" shipping options use "Expedited Mail Innovations" or SurePost and can take up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your online shopping cart, and are based on the size and weight of your items, their destination, and which shipping method you choose. Our shipping rates are quoted to you directly from real time UPS and USPS shipping calculators, and include a small handling fee. Cables Manager Inc. does not make a profit from shipping costs, and we do everything we can to keep them as low as possible.

Please note, if you wish to ship an item using your own personal account with a particular shipping service, you will be responsible for the payment of those charges.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

When your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail, complete with estimated delivery date and tracking information. Orders shipped via UPS always include signature tracking, and First Class, Priority and Express Mail have delivery confirmation. If your order is being shipped internationally, please keep in mind that tracking beyond the United States is only available through UPS and FedEx.

Will I Need to Sign for My Delivery?

If your order ships via UPS, someone will need sign for it upon delivery, as we always use Signature Tracking to ensure that your shipment arrives safely. Orders sent via USPS include delivery confirmation, but they generally don't require a signature.

Damages

Cables Manager Inc will always provide a replacement to either damaged or lost shipments that are shipped via UPS. In order to provide a replacement you need to contact us by either e-mail or phone. The replacement process may take up to 11 business days. All goods shipping from our warehouse are in new condition and well inspected. If you are asked to sign for something that shows signs of damage, please inform the driver and save all packaging materials and damaged goods or refuse the package. Orders shipped via USPS can be tracked but do not carry any insurance. Therefore Cables Manager Inc. recommends UPS if you want your products insured. A claim must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

Freight Shipping(LTL)

If your order exceeds 100 pounds or includes a product that is too long or too wide to ship via UPS, Freight Shipping is always available for you. In most cases Freight shipping will be much more economy for heavy packages (that can still ship via UPS) than other shippings methods.

Cables Manager Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during during freight transport. We will assist you to the best of our capabilities in dealing with the freight company, but any claims of damage must be filed directly with the freight company and it is ultimately the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the goods in satisfactory and undamaged condition. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lift-gate.

Your shipment may require a truck with a lift gate if your shipments exceeds 100 pounds or 72 inches in height, or your pick-up and drop-off locations do not have accessible docks.

International Shipping

Cables Manager Inc ships products around the world via both UPS, FedEx and USPS. Please keep in mind that when you place an international order, you are responsible for all applicable duty and taxes, and that international order tracking is available only through UPS and FedEx.
